Private Tutoring Service

STEP 1:

Use the online calendaring tool to find available dates and times for online tutors. This allows you to directly find possible virtual tutoring dates from your home or office, or even on the go. Then simply book the tutoring date online to confirm. You can even start by booking a free evaluation to customize the virtual tutoring plan.

STEP 2:

In advance of your online tutoring session, send an email, chat or call us to provide anything else you believe helpful for the tutor. All of this can be submitted online for review in advance so that your virtual tutoring hits the ground already running.  Screen sharing options are also easy, so we can see your screen and you can see tutoring and lesson materials on ours!

STEP 3:

Attend your online tutoring session via video conference or telephone.  Video conferencing is made simple for you: You will receive a private invitation with a unique login that only you can access.  It will be just like we are all together physically in the same room (except we are not!). 

You can participate in your online tutoring session from your computer, your ipad / tablet, or even your cell phone.  All you need is an internet connection and a camera. We handle the rest.  

STEP 4:

Your virtual tutor will work with the student on a customized and individualized lesson plan.  Screen sharing allows the student and tutor to use online materials and even take live, graded practice tests.  Additionally, your tutor can help with homework while teaching, ensuring homework is completed the right way! Each online tutoring session will build upon the previous session.

STEP 5:

Your session is complete and the student leaves feeling more confident in their abilities!  Homework is completed, exams are studied for, and lessons are practiced in any subject they need!
